Lauren spends her days developing systems to procure and train the best team possible to manage the daily needs of exceptional high touch clientele. Lauren steers the ship and is the primary administrator of executing everyone’s vision.

Accountability is her forte and she can often be found making dreams become a reality. Working as the team’s “conductor” she orchestrates everything from complex events to everyday tasks that allows clients to live a meaningful and memorable life. A word of caution, Lauren co-founded ALIGN on the idea of “Not taking no for an answer”. She can be found buying textiles on the streets of Morocco or on calls with family offices streamlining the needs for all.
